Just think of the little things to help jump start you day.

The smallest things can shed a lot of light on your day! 

You wake up and realize that your bed feels too comfortable to get out of and when pushing the snooze button repeatedly, the same thought appears every time! Finally it comes to the point when you have no choice but to leave that great place of comfort. There is a slight voice in the back of your head saying "just lay back down for a couple of minutes, its alright", but you can't because you're already running late. At this point you start to feel your day is starting to crumble and it hasn't even started yet. You catch a slight breath of morning fresh air but just to realize that you stayed in bed way too long. You forgot to do this and you didn't grab that and then frustration kicks in and you come to a conclusion that your falling deep into a hole and the light is becoming dimer by the minutes, but as the sun arises on your morning path to work one of your favorite songs comes on the radio. You start to gain this little inspiration of hope that maybe this day could actually turn out better than it started. As the song goes on, positive thoughts slowly appear in your head. Now you have this little smile on your face and realize that this day may not be too bad after all, hell I could turn it around and make it a great one! The more you believe in it, the greater the outcome you can make of it. This is just one of many little things that can help change the pace of your day for the positive way.
